ABSTRACT
At the Royal Hospital ward in London, a northern commercial street, King's Street, has long been spatially and functionally unconnected to the Thames waterfront and landscape belt, leaving a large amount of quality space and landscape resources wasted. The project is based on Space Syntax theory and seeks to guide the urban design through spatial analysis, ultimately linking King's Street to the riverfront space and creating a vibrant royal hospital community.
